Kenna
Posted March 24, 2009

Kenna is another singer I discovered at work. They give us some really good music to play in the store a lot! Unfortunately someone claimed the CD before me and I couldn’t take it home. This guy is talented. His music is kind of hard to describe. If I had to, I would describe it as Radiohead meets MGMT. Take what you will out of that! Listen to him…you won’t regret it.

3OH!3

Although the pronunciation of this duo’s title is left to the imagination, their sound is most certainly solid. Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte hail from Boulder, Colorado, also known as “Ballerado”, and are serving up killer beats with “high-class rhymes” that are sure to please. The team paired up in a University of Colorado physics class and have been creating a unique sound ever since.
Sounds Like:
-The Orion Experience
-Lady GaGa(if she were a guy…)
-Micky Avalon(in sarcasm and bad ass rhymes)

The Cab
Posted January 16, 2009
on:I first heard of The Cab last spring, and kind of forgot about how good they were until a few months ago! They
already hit a homerun in getting well known singers to join them in some of their songs. Their first single “One of THOSE Nights” features vocals from the lead singers of Fall Out Boy and Panic at the Disco. This is just the beginning to a long, fun, and eventful career for The Cab.
